Hang in there baby -
It’s been a long, hard road I know
Sometimes I act so crazy -
Sometimes the lowest low
I’ve been so busy trying to find myself -
I lost site of you
So please believe me when I tell you these words -
Although they’re strange, they’re true
Been trying to make some sense of it all - I need a - Just a little more time
Don’t want to hurt the ones I love the most - but I can - be so unkind
Been making hell of heaven, laugh and I cry - all at the same time
Bi-polar bear please leave me alone I think it’s time I melt your ice
And float you down the stream - So far away from me
I’ll pretend it’s all a dream - just go far away from me
No faults, just remedies - just get far away from me
Was lost but now I see - ‘cause you’re far way from me
You see the ads on tv-
There’s probably someone you know
You see them just plain lazy-
The next they’re go go go
Don’t judge too quickly-
It’s not really their fault
The bears grip is hasty
A scarred mind results
They’re trying to make some sense of it all -they need a - Just a little more time
Bi-polar bear won’t leave them alone I think it‘s time to melt the ice

My baby she helped me - to see reality
My baby keeps me clean - keeps it far away from me
All these years I just drank you away - such a waste of time
I just hurt the ones I love the most - while I numbed my mind
Now and high on life and dry as the wind - in a desert sky
Bi-polar bear’s now gone for good. It’s now on love I rely
